Founded in October 2013, Children’s Alliance of South Texas ~ A Child Advocacy Center (C.A.S.T.~C.A.C.) plays a unique role in providing comprehensive, coordinated, and compassionate services to child victims of abuse and their non-offending caregivers who live in the 81st Judicial District (Atascosa, Frio, Karnes, La Salle, and Wilson counties.)
